Universal Truth: We are all intuitive.

Yes, that means you! You’ve had those moments when you just knew something was going to happen. And, it is very likely you have said something like: “I have a hunch about this.” Or, maybe you have said: “I have a gut feeling...” What about the times, someone came to mind and they called you a few minutes later. Another way you might have received “notice” that you are intuitive is when you have a physical reaction to something or someone. Your stomach suddenly starts hurting. Or, you get goose bumps. Have you ever had the sensation of your hair standing up on the back of your neck?

Now that the secret is out, I want to help you build a closer relationship with your inner knowing.

The first step is awareness. Start by being open to receive information in different ways. When you do recognize that you have, then acknowledge it. What exactly do I mean by this? Whether you hear, sense or know (everyone is different and communicates differently), accept its importance no matter how insignificant it may seem at the time.

Next, trust that what you are getting is accurate for you.

Here comes the more difficult step. Promise to take action every time you believe you are getting guided to do something.

“Turn around.”
“Park somewhere else.”
“Say hello to the stranger sitting next to you.”

The more you do it, the better you become at receiving and deciphering. I want you to raise your right hand and make a pledge: “I promise, to the best of my abilities, to take action on the intuitive hits I receive.”

Practice makes perfect. You got this!
